This page presents selected publications of Colombo institute. These consists of the books we have published in Sinhala, Tamil and English languges. In general, our publications tend to delve into the realms of social and cultural anthropology, sociology, political science, and the arts in academic terms. They aim to provide a comprehensive exploration of the diverse facets of South Asian scholarship with a focus on Sri Lanka, serving as a scholarly reservoir over time that can help understand the intricate cultural and political tapestry defining the region.
මෙම අවකාශය ඔස්සේ කොළඹ ආයතනයේ තෝරාගත් ප්‍රකාශන ඉදිරිපත් කරයි. මේවා අප විසින් සිංහල, දෙමළ සහ ඉංග්‍රීසි යන භාෂාවලින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කර ඇති කෘතිවලින් සමන්විත වේ. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ශාස්ත්‍රීය වශයෙන්, අපගේ ප්‍රකාශන සමාජ හා සංස්කෘතික මානව විද්‍යාව, සමාජ විද්‍යාව, දේශපාලන විද්‍යාව සහ කලා ක්ෂේත්‍ර ගැඹුරින් විග්‍රහ කිරීමට යොමු වී ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාව කෙරෙහි විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කරමින් දකුණු ආසියානු ශාස්ත්‍රීය දැනුම් නිෂ්පාදන අඩවිවල විවිධ පැතිකඩ පිළිබඳ පුළුල් ගවේෂණයක් සැපයීම මේ කෘතිවල අරමුණයි. ඒවා කාලයත් සමඟ දකුණු ආසියානු කලාපය නිර්වචනය කරන සංකීර්ණ සංස්කෘතික හා දේශපාලනික පැතිකඩ තේරුම් ගැනීමට උපකාර කළ හැකි ශාස්ත්‍රීය එකතුවක් වේ.
